Demonstrators in large numbers gathered in front of the UK's state broadcaster, the BBC, in London on Thursday to hold a vigil for the slain Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh.
Palestinian leaders have said that they will take the case to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
