Vladimir Putin says the “short-sighted” Western sanctions imposed on Russia are detrimental to the entire world.
The Russian president also accused the Westerns of being reluctant to recognize the “irreversible tectonic shifts” in international relations and of trying to maintain the old world order that only benefited them.
