Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree that bans oil sales to countries and companies imposing a price cap on Russian oil. Under the presidential order, any supply of Russian oil and oil products to foreign entities and individuals will be prohibited IF the contracts for these supplies are using a price cap.
