The Israeli cabinet has voted to approve the Gaza ceasefire and captive release deal as the regime warplanes continue to hammer the besieged strip.
The office of the regime’s Prime Minister said in a statement that the deal will halt the fighting with Hamas resistance movement on Sunday. Earlier, Hamas said the intensification of Israeli attacks across Gaza is a deliberate act aimed at undermining the ceasefire agreement. The group said these actions reflect the terrorist nature of Israel and are part of a long history of crimes against the Palestinians. Hamas also urged the international community and the ceasefire's mediators, to put pressure on Israel to halt its attacks. Meanwhile, internal divisions within the regime are reportedly intensifying. According to the Israeli media, far-right minister Itamar Ben Gvir is expected to resign in protest against the deal, which he has described as disastrous.
