Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's ruling coalition is in crisis again as opposition parties have announced a binding and unanimous decision to submit a bill to dissolve the Knesset. Anger boils over a bill to permanently exempt ultra-Orthodox Jews from military service.
