The US Defense Department says it is launching a probe against a high-profile Democratic senator, who recently clashed with President Donald Trump, over vague allegations of misconduct. The Pentagon has even threatened to recall Mark Kelly, a retired navy captain, to active duty status in order to prosecute him.
