Irans Health Ministry has approved a domestically-developed COVID-19 vaccine for emergency use. Thats a feather in Tehrans cap, considering it has been under tough economic sanctions for the past few years. And it will send a signal to countries who have hoarded the vaccines, and the producers, that they do not have a monopoly over the vaccine.
