Iran’s Air Defense Force has successfully put to test a new generation of the domestically-manufactured Mersad-16 missile system in the country’s central desert. Mersad-16 enjoys high mobility and is capable of traveling at high speed and low altitudes. An optimized version of the Mersad-16 system will soon be unveiled.
