A one-day conference of Afghan neighbors kicked off in Tehran hours ago. The formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan is at the heart of the conference. China, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, and Russia are participating in the event alongside Iran.
