The Palestinian NGO Network has sounded a serious alarm over the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza as winter approaches. The network called on the international community to declare the territory a humanitarian disaster area. The warning came as the Palestinians in Gaza complain about their desperate situation due to Israeli blockade of aid supplies despite ceasefire.
